Died after car struck pole
A motorist whose car struck a power pole in Petone on Sunday night died in the intensive care unit at Hutt Hospital last night.
He was Mr Steven Halasz, 44, of Mitchell Street, Brooklyn.
Police said Mr Halasz was driving west on Waione Street at about 8.15 pm on Sunday when he lost control of his vehicle
