Fisk Henry McIntyre (Harry), Formerly of Waikanae and Havelock North - On Friday, July 28, 1995 Peacefully at Russell Kemp Home, Titahi Bay in his 95th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Stella. Loved father and father in law of Colleen and Harold Debbage. Loved grandfather of Tony and Debra, and Christine and Allen, and great grandfather of Jonathan, Michael, Sally, Paula and Gareth. Eldest son of the late Kate and Isaac Fisk, and brother of the late Hazel, Bernice, and Keith. A Service for Harry will be held at St Nicholas Chapel, Russell Kemp Home, Te Pene Avenue, Titahi Bay on Tuesday, August 1 at 2 pm prior to Private Cremation. The marriage of Berenice (sic), younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Isaac Fisk. "Waitohi, " Nelson crescent, Napier, to John, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Athya, of Kelburn, Wellington, roused much interest among the friends gathered at St. John's Cathedral, Napier, on the evening of the ceremony. The Rev. Dean Mayne officiated at the service. Mr. Percy Tombs, cathedral organist, presided at the organ, and the church was prettily decorated. The bride wore a frock of pale pink georgette beaded in Silver. Her soft embroidered veil in faintest pink tulle, fell from a coronet of pink rosebuds, and her bouquet was of pale pink carnations and maidenhair fern. Miss Kathleen Fisk was bridesmaid, and wore a frock of delphinium blue georgette beaded in silver, with a blue and silver coronet. She also carried a bouquet of pink carnations with silver streamer. Mr. H. McI. Fisk was best man. Afterwards a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. Mrs. Fisk received her guests in a frock of black embossed georgette and black lace hat relieved with beige, and carried a bouquet of bronze flowers. Later the bride and bridegroom left for a tour of the North Island, the bride travelled in a jumper suiut (sic) of beige crepe de chine and wrap coat to match. Their future home will be in Auckland.
