Loved father and father in law of Joyce and Sam Holmes (Waiuku), granddad of Clarence and Robyn (Rotorua), Graeme and Maureen (Putaruru), Brian and Debbie (Waiuku), Beverley and Ken Greenhough (Kawerau), and great granddad of Adam, Andrew, Dion, Scott, Dale, Rhys, Michael, Sarah and Christopher. Gibbons Clarence Edward (Clarrie). On September 29, 1991, at the Olive Francis Retirement Home; aged 87 years. Loved husband of the late Irene May (nee Stewart), father and father in law of late Clarence (Jerry), Joyce and Sam Holmes (Waiuku), Noeline and Ron Wech, and the late Jim Burke (Waiuku), June and George Wilkinson (Putaruru), Dolly and Ernie Redfern (Manurewa), Marion and Bill Churchill (Waiuku), Margaret and Dal Ashby (Australia), and James (Christchurch), loved grandfather to 27 grandchildren, great grandfather to 57 and great great grandfather of Cleveland. His service will be held at St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Waiuku, tomorrow (Wednesday), at 1 pm, thereafter private cremation. By request, no flowers please. In lieu thereof donations to the Olive Francis Retirement Home, may be left at the church foyer or posted direct to PO Box 22-559, Otahuhu.
