Baird Doreen - Peacefully at Kowhainui Hospital, on February 3, 2005, in her 93rd year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Henry. Dearly loved and cherished mother and mother in law of Bev Makatea, Ken and Beverley-Anne Baird, Heather Evans and the late Jenny Baird. Much loved Grandma of Tipene, Leona, Zephryn, Toby and Isaac. Loved Great Grandmother of Joshua, Ngareta, Aarma and Neihana. Doreen is resting at 259 Somme Parade, Whanganui. Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Dorren's life to be held at 259 Somme Parade, Whanganui on Monday February 7, 2005 at 4 pm. On Tuesday morning Doreen will be taken to Akatarawa Cemetery, Upper Hutt for burial at 12.30pm. If desired donations can be made to Hospice Wanganui PO Box 4284, Wanganui in lieu of flowers. Special thanks to Doreen's Healthcare NZ caregivers, and Hospice Wanganui nurses for their patient loving care.
